Power Plate Ireland Opens Dublin Showroom in Grand Canal Square :

Power Plate Ireland has opened a showroom and Power Plate® studio in Dublin City Centre. Located adjacent to the newly launched Grand Canal Square, the showroom offers clients the opportunity to try the various Power Plate models for both commercial and home use. The facility is fully equipped with a classroom of six Power Plate pro5™ and pro5 AIRdaptive™ machines, as well as two private rooms for one-to-one training sessions. The showroom also has demonstration models of the my3™ and my5™ home machines.

The Power Plate Studio, BodySmart™, offers a variety of Power Plate training classes, including Strength & Conditioning, Weight Loss, Bone Density Improvement, and Relaxation & Massage. There are numerous payment options including pay-as-you-go, courses of 12, 24 and 36 sessions and direct debit payment plans for both peak and off-peak schedules.

Anyone visiting the facility is welcome to a Free 30-Minute Class which offers clients the opportunity to work with a personal trainer to understand the benefits of Power Plate technology in the areas of resistance training, stretching, relaxation and massage. Power Plate Ireland Opens Head Office and Training Centre in South Dublin :

Power Plate Ireland has opened a head office and training facility on Deerpark Road in Mount Merrion, South County Dublin. The facility will serve as the operations centre and training facility for the Republic of Ireland. The facility boasts full wheelchair access and enhanced facilities for working with physicians and physiotherapists who have expressed an interest in working with Power Plate® technology.

The Training Centre allows Power Plate Ireland to offer the two-day Power Plate Certification Course to as many as 15 students per week. In addition, individuals who purchase Power Plate machines for the home are also welcome to attend a one-day course tailored for home use.

The facility is fully equipped with a classroom of eight Power Plate pro5™ and pro5 AIRdaptive™ machines, as well as two private rooms for one-to-one training sessions. Making Waves With Pro Golfers :

Currently being used by more than 40 professional football, baseball and basketball teams and universities across the country, the Power Plate® machine is quickly finding its place in the golf community evidenced through its use by professional golfers including Rocco Mediate.

Mediate, a 20-year PGA Tour veteran who overcame career-threatening back problems, has also seen dramatic results with the Power Plate® product.
